Turtle Cost Consulting is accepting applications for an entry level Construction Cost Estimator Internship position.
This is an unpaid internship for 1-3 months, depending on the candidate and will lead possibly to a full time employment.
The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated meticulous person, able to read and understand construction drawings, details and specifications, have good research skills and good CAD and spreadsheet skills.
Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, or related field is required.
The intern will learn how to do quantity takeoffs from PDF drawings and prepare detailed bill of quantities/schedule of works using MS Excel.
The construction projects will come only from English speaking countries, mostly England and Australia,
therefore the ideal candidate MUST have very good "written English" skills.
