The Web_CRM Developer will design, build, modify, and maintain business-tier components, Web applications, software,
and database objects as well as assist in the ongoing development and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and marketing automation platforms.
The Software Developer will serve as a conduit between and work with the Digital and IT Departments in developing strategies and providing tactical execution to achieve enterprise technology goals.

They must be comfortable working in an agile environment and can take the wheel when necessary.

Qualifications:

Required:
  • Ability to learn and apply new technologies quickly.
  • An understanding of general Web application functions and standards.
  • Exposure to the following – or similar - development skills, languages, and platforms:
    • Web Programming: JavaScript, JQuery, HTML, CSS, and PHP.
    • Development: JSON, C#, SQL, and .NET Framework.

  • Experience in Object-Oriented Design, Web Services (REST, SOAP), and APIs.
  • Understanding of basic UI/UX/CX design principles.

Preferred:
  • Understanding of client database management.
  • Some familiarity with CRMs such as Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, etc.
  • Willingness to learn CRM customization, configuration, development, deployment, and usage.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Play a key role in the design, build, modification, and maintenance of existing business-tier components, Web applications, software, and database objects.
  • Assist in the ongoing development and maintenance of CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics) and marketing automation platforms.
  • Working with external vendors, assist in the management of two corporate websites, one non-profit website, and multiple peripheral websites, as well as related hosting environments.
  • Collaborate with design and development team members to: continually optimize applications, improve usability, match visual design intent, and test/troubleshoot on an ongoing basis.
  • Interact with stakeholders (across the enterprise), vendors, and external and internal customers.
  • The Software Developer will report to the Director, Digital Marketing and support the Digital Department from a technical standpoint.
  • Other duties assigned as needed.
