QA Lead
IntelyCare – #1 fastest growing private company in Massachusetts in 2020 (https://www.inc.com/inc5000/2020)– is looking for an exceptionally talented QA Lead to advance our healthcare products.
You will work closely with product managers, engineering and marketing leadership to create stunning products that enhance the user engagement.
Requirements:
Provide leadership to quality engineers , i.e. mentoring , onboarding , training etc
Strong understanding of collecting , analyzing, and sharing QA metrics
Experience in creating, sharing, implementing, and driving QA roadmaps
Strong communication skills with both internal team members and external business stakeholders
Manage end to end testing for projects and coordinate with the offshore teams to maintain the testing timelines
Maintain and deliver proper reports and recommendations to address existing and potential improvements for a product line
Define/implement strategies to implement QA best practices
Help ensure projects follow prescribed software development life cycle standards
Understand and utilize risk-based testing technique
Conduct data validation and data quality testing independently
Nice to Have:
Strong SQL
RESTful API testing experience
Experience deploying code to Test environments using Jenkins, BitBucket
Experience:
Must have 3+ years of QA Lead experience
8 plus years of experience in testing Web and Mobile applications preferably in SaaS environment, automation, performance and security testing is a plus.
