ECI Software Solutions is looking for a Customer Marketing Email Specialist to join our Corporate Marketing Team. The successful candidate will manage the success and growth of our email marketing program for our existing customer base. You’ll be working with our Demand Gen Managers in ECI’s divisions to execute email marketing programs that both educate and drive revenue.
Position will be located in our Fort Worth, TX office or may be remote for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
Compose and send customer emails for various customer marketing campaigns including cross sell, upsell, newsletters and retention using Pardot
Create A/B and multivariate testing programs to increase effectiveness of emails
Measure the success of campaigns by reviewing and reporting on results
Set-up consistent customer outreach to drive product reviews
Assist in day-to-day activities related to client growth, advocacy, and retention
Understand target markets and develop best practices for the customer email marketing programs and drive efficiencies across all divisions
Qualifications:
2-3 years hands-on experience in email marketing and automation; previous experience with Pardot strongly preferred
Deep understanding of email best practices
HTML/CSS knowledge a plus
Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Must have the ability to work collaboratively and efficiently in a dispersed team environment
