Job description
General description of position:
The QA Manager organize the team in effective and proactive style, providing guidance, instruction, direction, leadership to the team in order to achieve key results.
Requirements :
➢ Higher education, preferably in information technologies;
➢ Leadership experience in SQA team or experience in team-specific areas;
➢ Excellent oversight of tasks and assignments appointed to the team;
➢ Excellent spoken and written English
Functional responsibilities:
➢ Managing the QA team in all the needed operational and strategic aspects - including talent, performance, workflow management; apply training planning, etc.
➢ Plan, organize and manage the daily activities in the department;
➢ Contribute to processes and process improvements within the department;
➢ Communicate with other team leaders and project managers on a daily basis in order to sync the activities and ensure smooth operation;
➢ Communicate the tasks to team members with all needed information about the assignment as priority, scope, expected goals, durations, milestones, deadlines;
➢ Define any dependencies, expected inputs and communication flows
➢ related with task execution;
➢ Periodically check that progress is according to the expectations and apply analysis;
➢ Communicating updates from outside the team;
➢ Sharing information for the project and its milestones and providing sense
➢ of ownership;
➢ Initiate needed test environment changes; advice on hardware updates/upgrades; changes upon request;
➢ Enforcing corporate processes and procedures within his/her department;
➢ Acts as a technical consultant to the higher management;
