We are TOK / Digital Agency, a fast growing digital agency based in Tirana, Albania. With clients all over the world.
- Forwards information by receiving and distributing communications; collecting and mailing correspondence; copying information.
- Maintains equipment by completing preventive maintenance; troubleshooting failures; calling for repairs; monitoring equipment operation; monitoring and purchasing meter fund
- Maintains office schedule by picking-up and delivering items
- Serves customers by backing-up receptionist; answering questions; forwarding messages; confirming customer orders; keeping customers informed of order status.
- Communicating effectively with others both inside and outside of the company
- Paying attention to detail so that errors do not occur
- Representing the company positively through appropriate dress, manners and actions
- Exhibiting a calm demeanor to keep office stress levels under control
- Displaying a track record of dependability
