CSRA is seeking a software developer to join our team to maintain our web portal. This portal supports the Health Care Fraud Prevention Partnership’s Trusted Third Party (HFPP-TTP) project for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.

Builds and codes applications and/or modules using PHP and JavaScript to maintain the HFPP-TTP portal. Designs web based, cloud, and security interfaces to meet the specific needs of users. Enhances our portal’s open source elgg® framework to interface with the mariaDB database and Active Directory/multifactor authentication (MFA) components.
Though the successful candidate will have the language skills to help maintain the existing code base, we are also seeking someone to actively participate in an exciting refresh of the technology. Our goal is to transition it to a longer term, more sustainable technology platform beyond the elgg® framework, and your ideas and vision will be valuable!
QUALIFICATIONS:
BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field. Degree may be substituted by an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
The ideal candidate would have a minimum of 6 months experience using the Agile methodology with elgg®, JavaScript and/or PHP. Familiarity with tools such as JIRA/BitBucket tools is preferred as well as experience working in a DevOps role.
