Responsible for the creation and delivery of bespoke training programs. Designed with leadership, management, business and personal progression and best practice in mind, the intention is to expand on the talents and skills across all employees at all levels within the organization.
Knowledge of the company, its clients and business strategy are all key, as these will be taken into consideration when establishing the training and performance programs.
The role of the learning and development manager is to fundamentally assist in the organization’s success, by coaching and developing its people.
Main responsabilities
- Plans, conducts and administers training & development programmes to improve NOA employee’s competencies, skills and knowledge in line with our business strategy and according to the approved Annual training plan;
- Ensures the proper implementation of the approved development activities such as coaching, mentoring to the employees identified as successors;
- In charge for the sales animation activities;
- Makes concrete proposals for improvement of the processes and procedures relative to development and training activities;
- Defines in collaboration with NOA’s management and ensures the proper implementation of the Annual Training Plan;
- Follows up the development activities defined for the successors in their individual development plan;
- Reviews the market of external trainings on a regular basis and proposes programs to the HR Committee based on the Annual Training plan;
- Establishes and leads the design and delivery of training programs, for new and existing employees, in close collaboration with the internal specialists and/ or external companies;
- Creates training materials, online learning modules, and course materials;
- Monitors and evaluates training programs to ensure they are updated with our procedures / policies and effective;
- Identifies and proposes to the HR committee internal specialists with best expertise and skills to act as trainers, coaches and/ or mentors in addition to their job duties;
- Takes care of internal and / or external communication related to trainings and development activities organized in our institution, also in the social media;
- Implements and makes concrete proposals for the improvement of the performance management processes;
- Ensures the Annual Performance Assessment is duly realized in a fair, transparent and constructive manner for all the employees on a yearly basis and monitors and ensures the proper implementation of the annual personnel development plan;
- Defines and implements the HR internal communication strategy, ensuring in particular all the necessary information is available for NOA’s employees on the HR intranet session;
- Delivers training programs according to her/his expertise.

Requirements:
1. Education:
- University degree in Economic, Social sciences, Management or other related HR fields
- Certification in soft skills training would be a plus.
2. Area of professional expertise:
- Communication skills
- Training & development
Design of training materials
3. Work Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the training & development field
4. Competency Profile
- Excellent training skills;
- Excellent ability to design training materials & supports;
- Very good initiative and the ability to offer new ideas;
- Organisation and planning skills to meet deadlines and objectives;
- Good understanding of the overall business model and environment of a financial institution;
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple, concurrent priorities;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to speak with a diverse group of people;
- Excellent written and communication English skills.
