Qualifications and skills
He shall have at least a Diploma/University Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant.
He shall be fluent in English (min 2 points in the scale from 1 to 5 where 1 is excellent and 5 is basic),
General professional experience
He should have worked preferably 10 (ten) of experience in design/supervision/construction of large infrastructure projects. (roads, railway, tunneling, dams)
Specific professional experience
He should have worked preferably 5 (five) year in the position of quantity surveyor in supervision of construction of large infrastructure projects. (roads, railway, tunneling, dams)
