ProCredit Bank Albania is looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing Team.
About the position
We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly organized Marketing Specialist to contribute to, prepare and deliver our marketing activities.
You will help to develop our marketing strategy by actively participating in marketing meetings, identifying opportunities for content campaigns, writing content for marketing materials, and promoting ProCredit Bank and our services through multiple digital and offline channels. You will also assist with raising brand awareness. You will be an active team player and be confident to generate creative ideas that engage audiences.
If you have 2+ years’ marketing experience, are looking for more responsibility, and are interested in playing a part in the banking industry, this job is for you! You’ll learn lots and gain experience in an innovative and responsible bank.

Key responsibilities
- Help deliver our inbound marketing strategy by contributing to the planning, creation, and delivery of engaging campaigns
- Apply the digital strategy, creating online campaigns that meet our target groups. Closely collaborate with outsource companies to deliver campaigns trough social media, e-mail marketing, online ads, etc.
- Focus mainly in digital channels to promote our messages and reach business objectives
- Analyse online presence and campaign metrics. Propose improvements for better results
- Prepare the copies and design of marketing materials including banners, flyers, brochures, etc.
- Be an active member of the Marketing team, keeping our processes efficient, coordinating with colleagues to provide support for delivering internal and external marketing activities.
What we are looking for
- 2+ year of experience in digital marketing
- Enthusiastic, energetic, and highly organized, with exceptional attention to detail
- Able to multi-task and re-prioritize in a fast-paced and demanding environment
- Able to use the design software, such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and have advanced power point skills.
- Professional, excellent communication, and writing skills
- Prepared to attend occasional events, fairs, etc.
