Who are you?
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Senior Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate:
is a seasoned Salesforce professional (4+ years of experience) with a strong background in the administration of the platform, including topics such as screen and record-triggered flows, custom metadata types, formulas, etc.
has a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, as well as excellent problem-solving and communication skills
is adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams and providing strategic guidance to clients
has at least 2 Salesforce certifications (such as Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant)
possesses excellent knowledge of the English language (written and spoken)
Nice to have:
Knowledge of the German language
Further Salesforce Certifications such as Field Service Lightning, CPQ, etc.
Experience with CI/CD dev ops strategies
What will you do?
Salesforce Implementation: Work on end-to-end multi-cloud Salesforce implementation projects, from requirements gathering to system design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
Customization and Optimization: Customize Salesforce solutions to meet client needs, ensuring optimal performance and scalability. Identify opportunities for system enhancements and lead initiatives to optimize existing implementations.
Consulting and Advisory: Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and objectives. Provide strategic guidance on Salesforce best practices, recommend solutions, and assist in the development of roadmaps for Salesforce adoption.
Technical Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert on Salesforce products and technologies. Keep abreast of the latest Salesforce releases and features.
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, and project managers, to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions. Communicate effectively with the project team to ensure alignment with goals and timelines.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including design specifications, user manuals, and test plans.
