For our offices in Tirana, we are looking for a Salesforce Senior Consultant to make a significant impact in the fast-growing world of CRM consulting.

Who are you?

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Senior Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate:
  • is a seasoned Salesforce professional (4+ years of experience) with a strong background in the administration of the platform, including topics such as screen and record-triggered flows, custom metadata types, formulas, etc.
  • has a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, as well as excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • is adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams and providing strategic guidance to clients
  • has at least 2 Salesforce certifications (such as Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant)
  • possesses excellent knowledge of the English language (written and spoken)
Nice to have:
  • Knowledge of the German language
  • Further Salesforce Certifications such as Field Service Lightning, CPQ, etc.
  • Experience with CI/CD dev ops strategies
What will you do?
  • Salesforce Implementation: Work on end-to-end multi-cloud Salesforce implementation projects, from requirements gathering to system design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Customization and Optimization: Customize Salesforce solutions to meet client needs, ensuring optimal performance and scalability. Identify opportunities for system enhancements and lead initiatives to optimize existing implementations.
  • Consulting and Advisory: Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and objectives. Provide strategic guidance on Salesforce best practices, recommend solutions, and assist in the development of roadmaps for Salesforce adoption.
  • Technical Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert on Salesforce products and technologies. Keep abreast of the latest Salesforce releases and features.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, and project managers, to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions. Communicate effectively with the project team to ensure alignment with goals and timelines.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including design specifications, user manuals, and test plans.
