Position Overview:
As a Remote Full-Time Front-End Developer specializing in PHP, WordPress, and Elementor, you will play a key role in crafting visually stunning and highly functional websites for our clients. You will collaborate closely with our design and development teams to bring creative concepts to life using the Elementor page builder plugin. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front-end development, with a focus on WordPress customization and proficiency in utilizing Elementor's capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain visually appealing and responsive websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and the Elementor page builder plugin.
• Customize WordPress themes and plugins to implement design concepts and client requirements, ensuring compatibility with Elementor.
• Collaborate with designers to translate mockups and wireframes into interactive and pixel-perfect web pages, leveraging Elementor's drag-and-drop interface.
• Optimize website performance and user experience through front-end optimization techniques, including lazy loading, image compression, and minification.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues related to Elementor layouts, functionality, and compatibility with other WordPress plugins and themes.
• Stay updated on the latest features and capabilities of Elementor, WordPress, and related technologies, and incorporate them into project workflows.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, back-end developers, and project managers, to deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Communicate project status, challenges, and accomplishments effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience 5 as a Front-End Developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing WordPress projects developed with Elementor.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS (including preprocessors like Sass or Less), JavaScript (including frameworks like React or Vue.js), and PHP.
• Extensive experience working with WordPress CMS, including theme development, customization, and plugin integration, with a focus on Elementor.
• Solid understanding of responsive design principles and front-end frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Foundation).
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and development workflows (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a remote team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a passion for writing clean, maintainable code.
• Experience with web performance optimization techniques and tools (e.g., Lighthouse, PageSpeed Insights) is a plus.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and accessibility standards is desirable.
