    JOB PROFILE – Sales Area Manager Country: Albania Location: Tirana 1. Overall description of the company A place where change means opportunity for progress and innovation. Purpose of the Position Supervise and support the Company's exclusive shops standards and the sales. Sells the organization's products and/or services to established customers or by developing new prospects within assigned territory. Responsible for maintaining sustainable records of sales achievements/quotas. Requires knowledge of organization's range of products and /or services as well as organization's philosophy and policies. 3. Key responsibilities Strictly following the routing plan scheduled for the shops under his supervision. Travelling and staying out of Tirana is required.     Wireless and Onsite Support Technician (Peshkopi) Purpose of Position This position should cover the following duties; Installation, de-installation, configuration, troubleshooting and customer support for PTMP technology, PTP links, Satellite connections, Wi FI APs, Fiber Optic, ADSL/VDSL/IPTV/GPON. Main Task Perform installation/deinstallation and maintenance of wireless network (PTP & PTMP) SM and AP. Perform site survey to reach new territories to offer wireless services. On-site inspection and recommendation for an efficient maintenance & performance and provide partial or full solutions, suggestion for different HW problems in the field. Collaborate with wireless engineers and managers to solve all customers complains effectively and with KPI/SLA.
