Job Breif
We are looking for a Virtual Assistant (working from home) to provide administrative support to our team while working remotely. As a Virtual Assistant, you will perform various administrative tasks.
The work will be remote so a computer/ pc and internet connection is needed.


Virtual Assistant responsibilities include:
Respond to emails and messages
Prepare customer spreadsheets and keep online records
Perform market research
Create presentations, as assigned
Address employees administrative queries
Posting on social media (content will be provided)
Uploading and downloading documents on different websites
Keeping the team update in new feature and notifications from the tools that will be used




Requirements :
Excellent communication skills in ENGLISH.
A high sense on accountability and punctuality
Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar & Zoom)
Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office & Google Docs/Spreadsheet)
Solid organizational skills

Training will be provided on all the tasks/ responsibilities mentioned above


Time Schedule : 2pm - 6pm or 4pm - 8pm (both options are right for us)
Days : Monday to Friday
Wage : 30.000 lek per month
