We are currently looking for Internal Communication & Digital Marketing, who will work at our Albanian office, in Tirane, Arena Center.
Responsibilities:
Internal Communication
Responsible for keeping employees informed on all activities/news of the company
Plan, edit and write content for a variety of internal communication channels for communicating with managers and people internally, ensuring the alignment of internal and external messages and communications.
Plan and organise regular events which encourage two-way dialogue between management and employees, as well as colleagues in different teams to encourage knowledge sharing
Interpret internal communications data and user feedback to evaluate and improve internal communications and employee engagement
Responsible for promoting ESG values within the company
Provides for all actions/activies are in line with ESG requirements
Digital marketing
Responsible for digital sourcing
Provides for social media mng in line with group branding requirements
Manage content and enhance engagement in company channels
Production of video/images (at standard level) as per requests
Competencies
Bachelor’s degree
Previous experience in digital marketing for at least 2-3 yrs or proven catalogue of works
