We are looking for a determined person who is willing to work from the comfort of his/her house.
You would be working for a real estate investment company based out of Nashville Tennessee. The company is focused on buying and selling properties.
We are looking for a person who enjoys taking on the phone, very high motivated and does not accept a "NO" for an answer when it comes to sales.
The ideal candidate should have at lest 2-3 years experience in a call center on outbound /sales position. Ex- forex retention agent are welcome to apply as well
The working hours will be from 4pm to 12 am Tirana time, which is 9AM to 4pm Nashville time, because you will be calling people in America during working hours.
Working days are Monday through Friday
Do you think that you can commit to the time period and have the discipline to do this from home?
That means that the people you are living with, will have to respect that fact that you are at work during the mentioned time and days.
Pay Structure: 80.000 LEK/month as a base salary + commission
Vacation Days: Christmas Day, New Years Day (Jan. 1st), Nov. 28th/29th, Summer Day
Details: You will have 1 hour, paid, break within the working time.
