• Utility Management Software Specialist:

Job Description:

Our client is looking for a Medium level position that will leading the bill auditing team and mastering the utility software (not complicated).
The position entails for the team member to enter the data from the utility bill onto an excel and then entering on a software that generates many reports that then are shared with the client.
This position will communicate with the clients, senior management, as well as make sure that the work of the "Bill Auditor" is done correctly.
This individual should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organized, and have experience working in IT or be able to have medium to high computer skills.

• Qualifications & Skills REQUIRED:
  • Excellent English language & communication skills
    • Communicate professionally with clients, management & Staff
  • Strong Time management, monitoring, multitasking & organizational skills
  • Leadership skills
    • Position will manage the "Bill Auditing Team" & enjoy working in a team setting
  • Computer & Math skills
  • Excellent Knowledge of Excel
  • Previous data entry experience
  • Attention to detail
