We are looking for a determined perso who is willing to work from the comfort of his/her house.7
You would be working for a real estate investment company based out of Nashville Tennessee. The company is focused on buying and selling properties.
We provide the calling system dialer and the leads and the idea is that you are reaching out to homeowners to see if they are interested and willing to sell their property to us.
You will be given a script that will guide you through these calls, which will be part of the training.
After the call you will have to classify the prospect, if they have any interest in selling or not.
The working hours will be from 4pm to 9pm Tirana time, which is 9AM to 2pm Nashville time, because you will be calling people in America during working hours. Days are Monday through Friday
Do you think that you can commit to the time period and have the discipline to do this from home?
That means that the people you are living with, will have to respect that fact that you are at work during the mentioned time and days.
Pay Structure: $600 a month - $30 commission on any properties that we end up buying if the agent qualified it for us.

- Vacation Days: Christmas Day, New Years Day (Jan. 1st), Nov. 28th/29th, Summer Day
- Details: 15 min break every 2 hours .
