The upcoming meeting of the General Assembly of UNIVERSAL GERMAN HOSPITAL ALBANIA SH.A on 15.12.2015,asked by Mr.Ibrahim Aksoy -5% shareholder and and Member of the Supervisory Council.

Agenda:
1.Apply/execute the Powers of the Council regarding the legal obligations arising from Art.11.Par.3 of the Statute of the company and provisions of Law .
2.Recommend necessary decisions to be made to the General Assembly regarding the company’s best interest and execution of provisions of Law.
3.Different/free discussions.
