[FONT=&quot]The T&D Manager is responsible for designing effective company policies and ensure their achievement through a close cooperating with the managing staff. The T&D manager is responsible for developing an employee oriented company culture in order to maintain a motivated and skilled workforce and to fulfill the needs of the organization. [FONT=&quot]Responsibilities of this position include[/FONT][FONT=&quot][/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Development of an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, and high performance[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Design, communicate and update company policies and regulations[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Create company strategic recruitment and selection plan[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Design company’s recruitment policy and procedure[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Manage recruitment plan, recommend strategies, facilitate process through conducting the first interview and organization of tests[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Design company training and development strategy[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Administer company training needs assessment [/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Manage the training evaluation [/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Report to management on training results and recommendations/implications[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Facilitate annual training plan and budget[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Review competency matrix based on business strategy[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Manage internal communication programs[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Develop a career path for ALBtelecom employees (horizontal and vertical movement)[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Update the company’s organizational structure and recommend changes on the structure[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Conduct the Exit Interview and prepare reports based on these interviews[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Design and manage health and safety programs[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Manage the SAP Software[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Generate regular and ad-hoc reports [/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Define necessary HR metrics for evaluating the department’s organizational performance[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]Qualifications[/FONT][FONT=&quot][/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]An experienced HR professional (At least 3 years of experience ) [/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]The ability to deliver against challenging targets[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Self-motivated[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Excellent computer skills in Excel, Word, Power Point etc.[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Professional approach to team [/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Ability to work well under pressure[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Excellent organization and interpersonal skills[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Good communication and presentation skills[/FONT]

  • [FONT=&quot]Related field University Degree (Economics/Social Sciences)[/FONT]
