[FONT="]Responsibilities of this position include[/FONT][FONT="][/FONT]
- [FONT="]Development of an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, and high performance[/FONT]
- [FONT="]Design, communicate and update company policies and regulations[/FONT]
- [FONT="]Create company strategic recruitment and selection plan[/FONT]
- [FONT="]Design company’s recruitment policy and procedure[/FONT]
- [FONT="]Manage recruitment plan, recommend strategies, facilitate process through conducting the first interview and organization of tests[/FONT]
- [FONT="]Design company training and development strategy[/FONT]
- [FONT="]Administer company training needs assessment [/FONT]
- [FONT="]Manage the training evaluation [/FONT]
- [FONT="]Report to management on training results and recommendations/implications[/FONT]
- [FONT="]Facilitate annual training plan and budget[/FONT]
- [FONT="]Review competency matrix based on business strategy[/FONT]
- [FONT="]Manage internal communication programs[/FONT]
- [FONT="]Develop a career path for ALBtelecom employees (horizontal and vertical movement)[/FONT]
- [FONT="]Update the company’s organizational structure and recommend changes on the structure[/FONT]
- [FONT="]Conduct the Exit Interview and prepare reports based on these interviews[/FONT]
- [FONT="]Design and manage health and safety programs[/FONT]
- [FONT="]Manage the SAP Software[/FONT]
- [FONT="]Generate regular and ad-hoc reports [/FONT]
- [FONT="]Define necessary HR metrics for evaluating the department’s organizational performance[/FONT]
[FONT="]Qualifications[/FONT][FONT="][/FONT]
- [FONT="]An experienced HR professional (At least 3 years of experience ) [/FONT]
- [FONT="]The ability to deliver against challenging targets[/FONT]
- [FONT="]Self-motivated[/FONT]
- [FONT="]Excellent computer skills in Excel, Word, Power Point etc.[/FONT]
- [FONT="]Professional approach to team [/FONT]
- [FONT="]Ability to work well under pressure[/FONT]
- [FONT="]Excellent organization and interpersonal skills[/FONT]
- [FONT="]Good communication and presentation skills[/FONT]

- [FONT="]Related field University Degree (Economics/Social Sciences)[/FONT]
