BlueMagic Group is looking for International Sales Consultants to join our team based in Tirana, Albania. Our Head Office is based in London, Uk with our Clinic located in Istanbul, Turkey.
The candidate would need to be highly active, energetic and funky kind of telesales consultants to join our amazing team.
Languages;
English (mandatory);
Italian (mandatory);
Third language (preferred)).
Experience;
Call centre: 1 year (Preferred)
Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
Worked before in hair transplant clinic (preferred)
Proven experience as telesales representative or other Sales/Customer Service role;
We offer;
Competitive basic salary;
Different commission structures;
Strong career progress;
Being part of a multinational company;
Excellent commission and ongoing training.
Requirements;
Good knowledge of relevant computer programs;
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects;
Excellent knowledge of English and Italian, native candidates are preferred;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection;
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints;
Integrity,positive attitude ,honesty and proactive;
Self-motivated,punctual and reliable;
Customer service-oriented, targets and results-oriented;
Financially motivated to do well and close contracts.
