Xenia - whose name is derived from the Greek word ξενία and summarizes the concept of hospitality - offers all kinds of hotel services, know-how and competence in the travel industry.
Since 1992, when the company was founded under the Seneca name, we have always worked in the hotel industry segment, especially in the business sector. The company has become a recognized player in the global context also in the specialization of technological solutions.
The management system and ongoing research and development ensure a high level of adaptability and the ability to react quickly to a wide range of different needs.
In May 2015 the company sold the business travel industry in Italy - with a turnover of € 80,000,000.00 - to a Dutch multinational company and decided to keep and develop only the Xenia operating division.
Xenia had the will to concentrate exclusively on crew accommodation and hotel services.
Xenia is now based in Italy, London and Tirana. Xenia offers advice, products and services for companies of all sizes worldwide: hotels, airlines, rail and shipping companies, public and private companies.

Tasks of the crew accommodation advisor:
· Hotel reservations;
· Ensure customer satisfaction;
· Negotiating prices, allotments and contract terms;
· Select hotels that are perfectly tailored to the needs of the crew;
· Ability to customize prices and contract terms;
· Scouting, inspections and negotiations with hotels around the world;
· Strengthening and improving the relationship with the main hotel providers.

Skills in demand:
· Strong sense of customer satisfaction;
· Passion for excellence in terms of customer care;
· Ability to communicate clearly and professionally (both orally and in writing);
· Ability to deal with complaints and difficult customers;
· Experience in the hospitality sector is a plus, but not a must;
· Pleasant, patient and friendly attitude;
· Strong communication and listening skills;
· Have a strong work ethic and team player mentality;
· One year or more of customer service experience;
· Experience with Microsoft Office package and Google Workplace are preferred;
· Initiative, flexibility and stress tolerance;
· Customer care and problem-solving skills;
· Excellent knowledge of Italian language and English language.
