Alumil Albania LLC, headquartered on the Tirana-Durres Highway, 7th km, has been operating in Albania since 2004 and is one of the largest companies for the production and retail and wholesale of aluminium products in the Albanian market.
Alumil Albania LLC is part of ALUMIL S.A. headquartered in Thessaloniki-Greece which is the largest privately owned aluminium extruding group in Southeast Europe in terms of production capacity, for complete aluminium profile systems.
For its needs, the company seeks to hire experienced employee in the following position:
Main Duties:
Process daily cash payments and transfers to ensure accurate and timely cash management in accordance with the Company's Policies
Take charge of internal treasury controls and providing support for internal and external auditors.
Assist in utilizing the treasury management system.
Assist in maintaining relationships with banks and third parties.
Participate in monthly financial closing, daily reconciliation of major accounts and assist to ensure accuracy of closing data.
Analyze cash management transactions daily, ensuring the accuracy of data.
Ensure activities posted to both cash and clearing GL accounts are reviewed and reconciled in a timely manner
Perform bank reconciliations - reconciliation of the bank statement against the GL and reconciliation of any assigned clearing accounts.
Respond to audit inquiries in a timely manner; liaise with auditors to confirm bank balances and Customer Balances as of a certain date
Responsible for the maintenance of Customer's Card by adjusting the exchange rate's problems
Reconciliation with the Customers every 6 Months
Checking and posting of receipts to accounting systems
Processing and reconciliation of invoices
Preparation and Reconciliation of monthly Sales Book of Atlantis with Tax Authorities Declaration
Requirements:
Education
Bachelor's degree preferably in finance, accounting, business or equivalent work experience
Good knowledge of English Language
Advanced PC/Microsoft Office Knowledges
Experience
At least 1 year of experience as Accountant
