The role


The role of Travel Customer Support focuses on optimizing the relationships between Xenia, B2B Partner Agencies, and hotels using our internal tools and products.
Respond to agencies' and partners’ inquiries through email, phone, and the service portal.
Prioritize and solve the assigned requests according to the service desk’s standard operating procedures.
Manage all procedures that follow after travel requests.
Manage emergency modifications/cancellations professionally and calmly.
Escalate issues as needed.



Successful Candidates will have:

Ability to learn and adapt to new software technologies

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Problem-solving attitude

Multi-tasking ability

Excellent knowledge of both written and spoken English and Italian

Knowledge of online booking systems

Autonomous and self-motivated, with a sense of organization and responsibilities

+ Previous experience helping customers in any capacity/line of work or Experience working in the travel industry is a Plus
