Albania DMC Balkan Tour Operator is seeking a full-time Travel Coordinator with minimum of 2 years’ experience in the Inbound Sector

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor Degree
• Excellent English written/verbal communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Computer Skills: Microsoft Word and Excel, PowerPoint
• Detailed-oriented, able to multitask and highly organized to keep all travel arrangements in order
• Excellent interpersonal skills and service oriented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Annual Compensation: Based on experience
Modern offices, Frequent on job trainings , Opportunity to travel within the region and meet with the partners/suppliers, Professional development, Bonus in the end of the year based on performance

Coordinate all aspects of travel arrangements for Albania DMC groups and individual clients, including booking of accommodation, restaurants, transportation, guides, and preparation of itineraries. Travel coordinators will research and negotiate lower rates with the suppliers and also are responsible for keeping records and receipts of all bookings.
