Albanian HR Solutions is a company providing services in Executive Search, General Search & Recruitment, Career Management and Consulting based in Tirana (AL). The company is a joint group of experts in the Human Resources area.
On behalf of our client, a well known company operating in distribution area we are looking for a potential candidate for the position of Training & Development Manager.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Training & Development Manager

General Summary: The Training and Development Manager is responsible for the overall learning process and its environment to ensure that the learning programs meet defined objectives, are measured and evaluated to understand how learning impacts performance. Planning and program development is an essential part of the job.

DETAILS OF FUNCTION:
• Perform needs assessments of the types of training needed, determine best means of delivering training and create the content, in conjunction with the subject matter experts, to maximize the potential of the organization’s human resources.
• Evaluate and recommend vendor training programs; manage vendor relationships
• Design and/or coordinate the development of curriculum and training tools which will address training needs
• Prepare training materials, proactively update training curricula and deliver training as appropriate
• Facilitate the delivery of training programs, either personally or in conjunction with departmental experts or outside vendors
• Continually review and analyze results of all training products and programs, ensuring effective and consistent training and services
• Responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of the training and course outcomes, and refining programs accordingly
• Produce reports on the effectiveness of the overall program and individual trainings
• Track training participation, feedback and other pertinent data to provide historical data for planning future trainings

QUALIFICATIONS:
• A university degree; a minimum of 3 (three) years of related experience. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, plus a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required. Excellent leadership qualities which include the ability to collaborate and work effectively with all levels of staff. Solid project and time management skills. Demonstrated ability to plan, coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
