Dimension HR on behalf of its client, a successful company in Albania in the field of Real Estate and accommodation services in the tourism industry is looking for a TEAM LEAD MARKETING MANAGER.
Summary:
Team Lead Marketing Manager build marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of our overall strategic marketing plan and develop business cases for marketing programs at the proposal stage and make recommendations on marketing tactics;
Main Responsibilities:
· Evaluate the impact of marketing programs in achieving their stated objectives, including the impact on lead flow;
· Propose and manage marketing research projects to generate consumer insights in support of improved marketing strategy and communications;
· Partner with creative teams, other internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendors;
· Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with the stakeholders and leveraging the right internal processes;
· Work with the other marketing teams, other internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendors;
· Works on a first draft of the project's brand strategy;
· Works on a first draft of the project's marketing strategy;
· Comments on and confirm the key communication lines;
· Comments on and confirms the annual budgets;
· Ensures that the Marketing Team follows the communication plans;
· Monitors day-to-day tasks;
· Participates in regular team meetings and with other teams;
· Participates in interdepartmental vacancy processes;
· Monitors the team's performance indicators;
· Finds mechanisms and implement motivating mechanisms for the team;
· Encourages and demands creativity in the Marketing Team's work;
· Drives the implementation of innovative ideas for process improvement, the adoption of new processes, tools, and methodologies that lead to work improvement;
· Keeps an eye on and implements new trends in management and daily work.
Qualifications:
Education: University degree, preferably in Social Sciences or Business Administration.
Experience and Skills:
· We’re looking for someone with 4+ years of experience in marketing.
· Experience building complex marketing programs and reporting on the results;
· Exposure to digital and direct response marketing;
· Competence as a creative writer with an eye for great emails and landing pages;
· Strong project management skills;
· Strong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking;
· Ability to travel as necessary;
· Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business or similar and is familiar with the following software/tools: Marketo, Hubspot, Salesforce.
