Job position: Store Manager
Department: Operational
Location: Tirane


Summary: The Store Manager works in the shop floor; He is in a constant contact with customers and staff; Ensuring their staff gives great customer service as well as dealing with the financial side of the store and people management;

Duties and Responsibilities:
· Develop business strategies to raise our customers’ pool, expand store traffic andoptimize profitability;
· Dealing with staffing issues such as interviewing potential staff, conducting appraisals and performance reviews, as well as providing or organizing training and development;
· Ensuring standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met;
· Responding to customer complaints and comments;
· Managing stock levels according to the budget and making key decisions about stock control;
· Control the monthly operational expenses;
· Taking care the look and feel of the internal and exterior appearance of the store
· Record sales results and perform analysis;
· Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment;
· Maintains the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements;
· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed;

Other Job Functions:
- Participatesin any training program in and out the country;
- Ensures all the required reports;


Qualifications and Skills:

- Education: University Degree, preferably inbusiness related fields;
- Work Experiences: At least 3-5 years’ work experiencein similar trading company;

Additional qualifications:
- Mobility– the job entails frequent travel
- Must be able to use MS Office applications – Word, Outlook, and Excel to a competent standard
