Job title: ERP Specialist
ERP Specialist reports to ERP Section Manager and his/her job is to participate in analysing business requirements for customizations and reports and handle implementation of changes required in ERP System. The person shall also be able to understand business processes in order to support the whole organization’s requirements and also perform SAP tasks.

ERP Specialist reports to ERP Section Manager and his/her job is to participate in analysing business requirements for customizations and reports and handle implementation of changes required in ERP System. The person shall also be able to understand business processes in order to support the whole organization’s requirements and also perform SAP tasks.
The job holder will be responsible for:
- Analysing, implementing and developing of new functionalities or requirements in ERP system (SAP).
- Analysing, customizing and developing of new reports in ERP system according to business user’s needs.
- Performing on job training and knowledge transfer to end user in order to facilitate their daily tasks or when new features are introduced to them.
- Assisting with testing new functionalities of ERP system prior to use in a production environment.
- Providing first level support within organization and assist business users for issues in SAP ERP system.
- Creating documentation and procedures guidelines for ERP systems users.
- Maintaining authorizations (users and roles) and system security for the training / production system.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required qualifications
- University Degree in Computer Sciences or Business Informatics.
- At least one year experience on programming or database administration.
- Experience in customization/development of accounting software would be considered as advantage.
- Flexibility, confidentiality, team working, learning capability and good communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Very good knowledge of English language.
