We are looking for a talented Social Media Specialist to join our Social Media team and manage our online media channels with main focus on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Google +.
In our team, you will find good experienced people in social media field that will instruct you with the latest of the technology. We expect even from you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company’s views with creativity.
Ultimately, you should be able to handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.
Daily responsibilities include but are not limited to;
· Design and implement social media content to increase web traffic;
· Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news) in collaboration with the designer’s team;
· Collaborate with other teams, like marketing team and customer service, to ensure brand consistency;
· Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer’s reviews;
· Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness and engagement, like promotions and competitions;
· Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications;
Requirements:
· Work experience managing social media is preferred;
· Experience in content management;
· Excellent copywriting skills;
· Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video);
· Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics will be considered as a plus;
· Excellent communication skills;
· Ability to work with shifts;
· Up-dated and a sport’s master is a must.
