INTERNAL SALES​

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for a defined customer base
• Support Key Account Manager
• Support internal Sales in kind of special tasks (e.g., create reports, register prices)

IMPORTANT INDIVIDUAL TASKS:

• handling of customer correspondence
• entry and maintenance of master and order data
• creating debit notes / credit notes / invoices

REQUIRED SKILLS / SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE

• Commercial training or several years of professional experience in internal sales
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• very good knowledge of German and English
