Profile The Rogner Hotel Tirana gives you the opportunity to train, learn and grow, within our organization. Our innovative team is looking for a motivated and dynamic personality to fulfill the Receptionist position

Essential Duties and Job Requirements:

• 
  [*=1]Check in the arriving guest and checks out the departing guests in a friendly and caring manner according to the Rogner Hotel Tirana procedures and standards.
  [*=1]Upon check in, registers guest and assigns rooms. Use suggestive selling techniques to sell rooms and to promote other services of the hotel.
  [*=1]Upon departure of guests, process the guest check out procedures. Receive payment from guests. Settle the guest accounts.
  [*=1]Handle all front office cashiers’ transactions such as posting charges to guests and exchanging foreign currency according to the procedures, etc.
  [*=1]Answer all guests’ requests and questions in a friendly and caring manner, provides/receives information and takes appropriate actions or refers the matters to the relevant persons to handle. Handle messages and deal with complaints.
  [*=1]Keep him informed of product and service knowledge as well as the hotel daily and meeting activities.
  [*=1]Possess a working knowledge of the room reservation procedures. Take reservations and cancellations if required.
  [*=1]Complete command of the Albanian, English and German language; any other languages (especially German and Italian) are definitely an advantage
  [*=1]Computer literate - knowledge of Fidelio software is an advantage
