Qualifications:
The evaluator has to:
· be an active member and licensed with a License of “I” or “II” degree by the Albanian Society of Real Property Evaluators
· have a university degree in civil, survey, electrical or mechanical engineering, architecture, or economics or any other degree that is acceptable from the Albanian law for acquiring such a license in real estate properties.
Requirements:
· Some knowledge in English language and/or Greek language
· Computer skills
In addition:

Real Estate Appraiser
Qualifications:

- Bsc, post graduate, or Msc degree with specialization in Real Estate
- Valuation experience of at least 2 years
- International Valuation Standards (IVS) knowledge
