  • [FONT=&quot]Manage the procurement process including international procurement and tendering.[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Works under the direction of the Procurement Manager in the preparation and execution of contract mechanisms, including purchase orders and major framework agreements with vendors.[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Prepare all the documentation for tenders. [/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Responsible for all high value purchases.[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Organize commissions, prepare reports for all the bidders and send them to the responsible authorities. [/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Request offers in order to fulfill the demands coming from Directories (departments) or Regions. [/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Works with the freight forwarding team to expedite fulfillment of emergency orders as it applies to specific contract actions or negotiations.[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Negotiate with companies in order to have the best price with the best quality. [/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Follow delivery process of the goods (Not included in Contracts) and Coordinate with Supply&Inventory Branch.[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]Qualifications[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]An experienced Procurement professional[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]The ability to deliver against challenging targets[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Self-motivated[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Excellent computer skills in Excel, Word, Power Point etc.[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Professional approach to team [/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Ability to work well under pressure[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Excellent organization and interpersonal skills[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Good communication and presentation skills[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]Education:[/FONT][FONT=&quot][/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Related field University Degree (Economics, Electronic Engineers)[/FONT][FONT=&quot][/FONT]

  • [FONT=&quot]English, Turkish[/FONT]
