Online Marketing Academy an e-learning Digital Marketing Company is currently recruiting an Office Manager who will support company operations by performing daily administration tasks.
Major responsibilities:
- Bookkeeping service (recording of all documents cash/ bank and sale invoices, custom
documents);
- Reconciliation of cash and bank accounts;
- Managing relationships with clients
- Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying needs and provide periodic reports.
- Contributes to team effort results by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
Requirements for this position:
- University degree ( Business Administration or Economics );
- Excellent analytical skills, including proficiency in MS Excel.
- Very good skills in written communication, verbal and non-verbal, proficiency in English
- Excellent organizational skills and work of / independent when performing the task.
