Summary:

As a Senior Customer Care Representative, you will be the main point of contact for clients post-sale, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service delivery. Collaborating closely with the Sales Manager team, you will oversee the coordination of moving services, maintaining the highest standards of excellence.

Responsibilities:

1. Liaise between clients and Roadway Movers post-sale.
2. Provide comprehensive information to clients regarding moving services.
3. Conduct pre-move confirmation calls and post-move follow-ups.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.
5. Document client interactions accurately.
6. Identify opportunities for process improvement.

Qualifications:

1. Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
2. Strong customer service skills.
3. Flexible schedule availability.
4. Strong organizational skills.
