Porsche Albania sh.p.k. is the official importer and exclusive retailer of Skoda, SEAT, VW PKW and Audi in Albania and retailer for Volkswagen Commercial Cars. For further development of our business in Tirana we are searching for a new team member.

Therefore we’re looking for highly qualified and motivated candidates for the position of:

Legal and Compliance Officer

Responsibilities:

• Establishment and self-responsible management of an effective and efficient Compliance Management System
• Ongoing monitoring, assessment and effective as well as efficient improvement of Compliance and Ethic programs in area of responsibility; independent monitoring and development of improvements of the Compliance Management System
• Independent advice regarding Compliance and ethical questions to senior management and board(s) of [entity and consolidated subsidiaries] as well as to employees in his/her field of responsibility.
• Conduct Compliance tasks required by external parties (auditors, etc.) and next Compliance level accountable
• Representation of [entity and consolidated subsidiaries] regarding topics of Compliance and Ethics with regards to internal and external contact persons.
• Based on company values and guiding principles, leading, motivating and development of assigned employees by means of target-setting and performance reviews as well as ensuring a targeted communication to achieve agreed goals.
• Decision of Compliance related issues in complex business operations, which might have material impact for [entity and consolidated subsidiaries].
• Leading of Compliance topics
• Participation in implementing of Compliance and Ethics in the area of responsibility.
• Reporting (regular and ad-hoc) of relevant issues
• Promote that any hints on potential Compliance violations are handled properly and directed to the appropriate channels
• Ensure continuous professional education of himself/herself and the team, if applicable.
• Covers other legal affairs for the company, -gives instructions and legal counsel for the company’s activities

Requirements:

• Working experience at a similar position of at least 5 years,
• Computer knowledge
• Excelling knowledge of English or German,
• Working habits, ambition and initiative, self-esteem, self-evaluation and sense of responsibility
• Driving license
