Lead Engineer required

We are aiming to open a branch of the company in Tirana, Albania&Prizren, Kosovo.

We are looking for an experienced Lead Engineer who has senior level skills. You must have a minimum 5+ years experience of working as a Lead engineer.

Some of the technical skills required for the jobs are listed below.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversight the performance of the developer and direct where necessary
  • Create documentation, design workflows for software related projects
  • Solve complex problems
  • Manage and offer improvement in the existing structure of development
  • Participate in scrum meet following the agile best practises
  • Work as a senior developer when needed
  • Must have the knowledge of both back-end and front-end
  • Design and develop highly scalable software products
  • Design performance metrics (KPI) for the developer following the type of project
  • Actively communicate with PM, PO, Designer and the other team members
  • Act as primary POC for all technical queries
Technical requirements:
  • Jira*
  • Figma Basic
  • PHP and JavaScript frameworks*
  • 5+ years of functional and declarative language development
  • Java and/or Kotlin development experience
  • React Native development experience
  • Swift and/or Objective-C development experience
  • Trello*
*star marks are mandatory

  • Good time management

  • Keep your commitment
  • Good communication skills, self-starter, ability to self-manage preferred.
