Xenia - whose name derives from the Greek word ξενία, summarizes the concept of hospitality - offers hotel accommodation services, hospitality process, know-how and expertise in the travel industry.

Since May 2015 the company, sold the business travel branch in Italy - with a € 80,000.00 turnover to a Dutch multinational business travel, maintaining and developing only the Xenia branch.
The deal represented the will of Xenia to focus exclusively on the Crew Accommodation process and Hôtellerie Solutions, whom for over ten years have been representing a specific segment of our business.
Today Xenia has offices and companies in Italy, London and Tirana. It offers consulting, products and services to entities of all sizes: hotels, airlines, railway and maritime, public and private companies and travel management company worldwide.
Job Description
For our headquarters in Tirana we are looking to hire 4 people for the Hotel Negotiation activity.
We are looking for dynamic, curious and motivated people whom have the interest and passion in working on the Hospitality Industry.
Duties and responsibilities:
· Scouting, inspection and negotiation with hotels around the world;
· Development and improvement of the relationship with the major hotel suppliers;· Defining and preparing sale proposals and contract documents;· Negotiation of rates, allotment and other contractual conditions;· International and/or national travelling/transfers it is comprised of 80% of the activity ;
Required competencies / skills:
- Sales abilities ;
- Liability of interpersonal relationships, reaching the objectives with teamwork;
- Excellent Communication and Organizational skills (verbal and non-verbal);
- Proactive , self-sufficiency , flexibility, stress tolerance;
- Customer care and Problem solving skills,
- Availability for international and/or national travelling/transfers even for long periods;
- Excellent knowledge of English and Italian language (verbal / nonverbal)
- Not younger than 25 years;
The position of the Negotiator comprises an undefined hiring with a fixed salary, including a bonus as per the performance.
The position is based in the Tirana headquarter, but 80% of the activity takes place out of the office.
The aim for this recruitment includes both male/female.
