1. Website Development (Front-end and Back-end)
2.HTML/Ajax
3. PHP
4. Wordpress
5. CSS
6 Any additional skill contributing to e-commerce website developments is a plus.
Some more specifics to the role:
1. Implement front-end & back-end design
2. Build Wordpress, develop and implement changes in WP environment
3. Understand in server systems (OS, networking, DB, Migration, Installation)
4. Integrate email marketing platforms (This is a plus)
