Functional Analyst - Dynamics NAV/Dynamics 365 Business Central

ISTITUTO INTERNAZIONALE on behalf of an important software group, is seeking a Functional Analyst to play a key role in its functional team based in Tirana. The candidate will work with our ERP Solution Delivery Team to provide functional expertise in the design of Dynamics NAV/Business Central Solution.

Job tasks include:


  • Work with Clients and Lead successful implementation of Dynamics NAV using industry best practices;
  • Work with Customers to understand their business requirements and scope out for application configuration, modifications and custom development;
  • Implement, Train users, applications testing, User Acceptance testing and support implementation up to Go-Live;
  • Successfully transfer Customer Implementations over to Support Team
  • Make functional recommendations for installation, modifications and custom development for NAV projects;
  • Functional design, implementation and testing;
  • Communicate effectively to all levels of client organization during Analysis, Implementation and Go Live Phases

Other main requirements


  • Qualification Degree in Management Engineering and / or similar;
  • Experience in the required position of at least 2 years on ERP management (MS Dynamics NAV and / or Dynamics 365 Business Central);
  • Excellent knowledge of Finance processes. Strong understanding of financial systems and accounting principles.
  • Good knowledge of written and spoken Italian and English;
  • Availability for transfers.

Other welcome requirements:


  • Good knowledge of the Trade & Logistics process;
  • Possession of ERP Certifications (Microsoft);
  • Possession of Project Management certifications.
