We, Lufthansa Industry Solutions Tirana, are growing continuously and are therefore looking for you as a Finance and Controlling Supervisor.

Task and Duties


  • Supervise financial and accounting processes and ensure adherence to company and local laws.
  • Perform account reconciliation activities on periodic basis.
  • Control general ledger on a regular basis and ensure its accuracy and completeness.
  • Manage weekly and monthly financial reporting and management tasks.
  • Assists in complex tax issues and cases.
  • Address financial issues and inquiries from internal and external customers.
  • Assist in audit processes and prepare audit reports with recommendations to HOF.
  • Participate in overall annual budgetary process.
  • Assist in end year closing.
  • Create financial presentations for management and clients.
  • Assist in goals setting and performance improvements for finance staff.

Knowledge and Skills


  • Have a Degree in Finance, Accounting.
  • Min of 5 year of experience in similar roles.
  • Highly technical competent, with a solid work history that clearly demonstrates high performance and great supervisory skills;
  • Display and demonstrate a sound understanding of the tasks and roles within the finance and controlling and how these tasks affect/interact with other departments;
  • Professional and confidential;
  • Strong organizational skills;
  • Excellent communicator;
  • Diplomatic and respectful when dealing with people;
  • Enthusiastic person, with attention to detail and keen to take responsibility for the execution of the assigned tasks to a high standard;
  • Good Knowledge of Microsoft Package including; advanced Excel, Outlook and Power Point.
  • Very good knowledge of English.
  • German Language will be an advantage.
