[FONT=&quot]A new vacancy has been opened for a financial accountant with the following criteria.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Job Requirements:[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Daily activities:
Account Payables – indexing incoming documents; booking of PO/Non PO invoices, Expense Notes; Vendor setup, support & statement reconciliations; Exception handling; Payment processing; Access databases maintenance;
Account Receivables – Invoices/Credit notes issuing; Customer support; Cash collection; Cash allocation; Access databases maintenance;
Fixed Assets Maintenance – Capitalizations; Transfers; Disposals;
Intercompany – booking of incoming invoices; issuing outgoing invoices; Reconciliations;
Mailbox handling; Supply coordination and tracking, Exports and Imports coordination.
To perform Month End activities;
AP & AR Reconciliations; Bank reconciliations; Prepaid expenses; Accruals; BS Reconciliations; Depreciation Run preparation and posting;
Weekly reports to Manager;
To provide support with external audits (including Annual Inventory Counts and Warehouse);[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]The ideal candidate fits the following profile:[/FONT][FONT=&quot]

A degree in Accounting or Finance;
A minimum 2 years of accounting experience;
Possesses good communication skills, fluent in the English language – both written and spoken;
A working level of Advanced English – both written and spoken;
Experienced in working with an ALPHA system;
Advanced knowledge of MS Office – Excel, Access, Outlook, Word;
A fast learner with high self-initiative and learning desire;
Previous long term Financial and Accounting experience will be considered an advantage;[/FONT]
