International Commercial Bank is operating in Albanian Banking Industry for more then 19 years with a qualified staff. It is a stable bank and is part of ICB Financial Group Holding AG. Presently, the bank is looking for a candidate for the vacant position of "Dealer" in Head Office, Tirana city. Criteria for this position are mentioned below:
JOB TITLE: Dealer
REPORTS TO: Head of Treasury
LOCATION: Tirana, Albania
PURPOSE STATEMENT:
Ø To oversee the running of open FX positions with a view to acquiring exchange gains, after adjustment of carrying costs.
Ø To develop the rapport with counter-parties with a view to acquiring counter-party limits .
Ø To control the money market daily in order to forecast any possible shifts in the yield curve. Provides these forecast to the ALCO committee members.
Ø To participate in Fixed Income Primary Market
MAIN DUTIES&RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ø Monitor all FX positions, P&L status, compliance with approved limits and also adherence to Central Bank’s limit for FX open position. Report breaches to Head of Treasury/CEO for a decision.
Ø Provide market information and opinion to Management and others in the Bank, the underlying causes of exchange rate movements
Ø Liaise with Back Office on the adequacy of counter-party limits for FX trades
Ø Fulfill trading profit target
CRITERIA FOR THIS JOB PROFILE:
Ø Holds a University degree in Finance &Accounting or related discipline
Ø Minimum 2 years working experience in Banking Industry, Treasury(Knwoledge in Reuter system will be an adavantage)
Ø Very good command of English language
Ø Very good command of Microsoft package
Ø Has self initiative
Ø Good analytical skills
Ø Be a self starter
Ø Ability to communicate at all levels to key internal and external stakeholders via email, telephone, written reports, formal correspondence etc
Ø Self motivated and ability to work independently
