Main Responsibilities:
- In charge of the managing of the service department activities in supporting partners with - Information, help, problem solving.
- Develop, maintain and implement a customer service policy in line with the company guideline.
- Improve customer service procedures, policies and standards
- Organizing & coordinating - Events, academies & seminars of the company.
- Able to handle face-to-face enquiries from customers
- Monitoring, and following up the distribution process to partners
- Handling partners complaints or any major incidents.
- Manage and motivate the service customer service staff
We are looking for candidates with the following:
- Experienced in customer service and processes
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytic commercial skills Figures
- Good English knowledge in both spoken and written
- Confident manner, Good humor, team work ability, high Flexibility
