We, Lufthansa Industry Solutions- Albania, are growing continuously and therefore looking for Cisco Voice Engineer (m/f). Preferred Cisco Wireless knowledge.
Candidate should be able to prioritize and manage projects from design through implementation, testing and documentation. Position requires a minimum of 1-3 years of hands-on expertise on Enterprise business communication systems, solutions and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Good understanding of 802.11a/b/g/n/ac based wireless architecture.
• Install, configure, and support Cisco Flex Wireless LAN Controllers and Guest wireless solutions.
• Responding to monitoring alerts to identify and take appropriate action to avoid service impact.
• Work collaboratively with other team members.
• Able to troubleshoot complex wireless issues.
• Engineer solutions to integrate wireless LAN coverage into facilities with existing wireless.
• Ensuring incidents, service requests and maintenance tasks are managed within customer SLA’s
• Diagnosing and resolving software, hardware and usage issues.
• Experience with Cisco Prime Infrastructure Monitoring Platforms.
• 2nd and 3rd level support of existing systems.
• Experience with Cisco MSE.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all implemented networks.
• Work with outside vendors and internal organizations to have wireless site surveys performed and required equipment installed.
• Resolve client connectivity, interference, authentication, roaming, and coverage issues with wireless infrastructure.
• Identifies and resolves network problems and maintain LAN/WAN environment (wired and wireless).

Requirements, skills and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
• Knowledge of networks (architecture, routing, switching, firewall), system documentation.
• Very good communication behavior as well as high service and customer orientation
• Experience setting up and maintaining Cisco Wireless LAN Controllers (WLC) including strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem solving skills
• Cisco Wireless certification (CCNA/CCNP Wireless)
• Fluent English and German preferred.
• Willing to travel
