[FONT="]Criteria and qualifications required:[/FONT]
· [FONT="]minimum age 20[/FONT]
· [FONT="]maximum age 25[/FONT]
· [FONT="]fluency in English, both verbal and written; fluency in Italian; [/FONT]
· [FONT="]high school diploma; university degree is advantage[/FONT]
· [FONT="]non-criminal record[/FONT]
· [FONT="]IT literacy[/FONT]
· [FONT="]no visible tattoos or body piercing while in uniform[/FONT]
· [FONT="]strong communication skills[/FONT]
· [FONT="]flexibility and competence in team work[/FONT]
· [FONT="]well developed[/FONT][FONT="] tolerance and response to stressful situations[/FONT]
· [FONT="]sense of responsibility[/FONT]
· [FONT="]well-groomed appearance[/FONT]
· [FONT="]Previous customer service experience is an advantage[/FONT]
