Prospect C&S is looking for a Business Planning Analysis (Specialist) position for an international company, market leader in Albania and Kosovo.
Purpose of the role:
To perform planning and analysis of financial data.
To contribute to the BU’s financial and business strategies in cooperation with business partners, to support the business for implementation of initiatives critical to those strategies, with the ultimate goal of contributing to the productivity and success of the Business.
Major Accountabilities:
Education:
Bachelor / Master University degree in Finance / Economics
Languages:
Fluency – written and spoken – in English

Major Accountabilities:
- Support Finance Head for P&L analysis of deviations of Actual vs. Budget/ Forecast.
- Support Finance Head for Budget and Rolling Forecast process.
- Applying proper planning tools (BPC, Cognos, ect.) and assist in preparation of Budget/ BR presentations.
- Support S&OP process in close cooperation with Marketing and Logistic with attention also at forecasting accuracy.
- Works on productivity initiatives.
- Supports financial evaluation of Marketing investments and resource allocation among potential projects, including financial evaluation of business proposals or projects.
- Provides operational support to ad hoc analyses.
- Support purchasing process and fulfil the responsibility of SRM purchasing supper user.
Education:
Bachelor / Master University degree in Finance / Economics
Languages:
Fluency – written and spoken – in English
Requirements:
- At least 3 years experience in similar position
- Ability to plan and manage work for self and team including when under pressure and tight deadlines
- Experience in finance/controlling in international business environment
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Experience with specialized financial software
- Computer literate with excellent Excel skills, PowerPoint
