EPPC Albania on behalf of its client, a leading company in Real Estate market, is currently recruiting a Team Leader Marketing Project Manager.

Major responsibilities:

• Evaluate the impact of marketing programs in achieving their stated objectives, including the impact on lead flow;
• Propose and manage marketing research projects;
• Partner with creative teams, other internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendors;
• Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish;
• Work with the other marketing teams, other internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendors;
• Works on a first draft of the project’s brand strategy and marketing strategy;
• Comments on and confirm the key communication lines and the annual budgets;
• Ensures that the Marketing Team follows the communication plans;
• Monitors day-to-tasks and the team’s performance;
• Participates in regular team meetings and with other teams;
• Finds mechanisms and implement motivating mechanisms for the team;
• Encourages and demands creativity in the Marketing Team’s work;
• Drives the implementation of innovative ideas for process improvement, the adaption of new processes, tools, and methodologies that lead to work improvement.

Requirements for this position are:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business;
• At least 4+ years of experience in marketing;
• Experience building complex marketing programs and reporting on the results;
• Exposure to digital and direct response marketing;
• Competence as a creative writer with an eye for great emails and landing pages;
• Strong project management skills;
• Strong problem – solving ability, including metric – driven thinking;
• Ability to travel as necessary;
• Familiar with software/tools: Marketo, Hubspot, Salesforce (Preferred).
