Social Media Specialist
Responsibilities
  • Identify trends and insights in relation to the digital channels and the FMCG industry
  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Create engaging, high-quality content (including text, image, and video) for various social media platforms.
  • Manage and monitor social media accounts, engaging with the audience and fostering community growth.
  • Analyze social media metrics, generate reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing.
  • Research advertising trends and decide on appropriate placement of ads
  • Publish digital marketing content online
  • Implement email marketing campaigns
  • Manage our organization's website and maintain it
  • Track the website traffic flow
Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Journalism or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing or similar role
  • Expertise in using social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) for business purposes.
  • Proficiency in content creation, including copywriting, video editing and graphic design.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word
  • High proficiency level of English (IELTS, TOEFL and TOEIC is preferable)
