Responsibilities
- Identify trends and insights in relation to the digital channels and the FMCG industry
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Create engaging, high-quality content (including text, image, and video) for various social media platforms.
- Manage and monitor social media accounts, engaging with the audience and fostering community growth.
- Analyze social media metrics, generate reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing.
- Research advertising trends and decide on appropriate placement of ads
- Publish digital marketing content online
- Implement email marketing campaigns
- Manage our organization's website and maintain it
- Track the website traffic flow
- Bachelor degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Journalism or a related field (preferred).
- Proven working experience in digital marketing or similar role
- Expertise in using social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) for business purposes.
- Proficiency in content creation, including copywriting, video editing and graphic design.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word
- High proficiency level of English (IELTS, TOEFL and TOEIC is preferable)
